This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of machinery for processing, production, and distribution. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, minimizing downtime, and ensuring smooth production flow. Duties and Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to meet daily production goals. Set up equipment based on job specifications and production schedules. Conduct routine maintenance checks and report malfunctions. Perform quality control checks on finished products for weight, density, and consistency. Document production data and equipment readings accurately. Clean equipment and work areas according to safety and sanitation protocols. Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues and collaborate with maintenance personnel. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Assist in warehouse operations, as needed.
