Could this be you?

• When a production line halts, do you instinctively reach for hydraulic, electrical, PLC, and pneumatic schematics to find the root cause?
• Do you enjoy spending about 80% of your time traveling to customer sites, with the remaining 20% devoted to training, trade shows, office coordination, and planning?
• Are you confident installing, repairing, and maintaining precision optics CNC machinery—and just as comfortable providing rapid phone support?

Impact you will make

• Own on-site and phone-based technical support to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
• Partner with Customer Service and Shipping/Receiving to identify the right parts, the first time.
• Coordinate schedules closely with the Field Service Manager.
• Complete Service Work Orders for every visit; produce expense reports and customer trip/call reports.
• Provide manuals and documentation when customers request them.
• Keep the customer database current and complete.
• Represent Satisloh at exhibitions and trade shows.
• Advance your capabilities through training in Wetzlar, Germany and Switzerland (as requested).
• Other duties as assigned.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree; or 2–4 years relevant experience/training ; or a comparable blend of education and experience.
• Direct experience with multi‑axis CNC machinery.
• Understanding of optics industry fabrication methods (preferred).
• Knowledge of Windows SIGHT and Microsoft Access.
