Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission Qualifications Active NMLS license required Proven experience originating and closing residential mortgage loans Strong communication, organization, sales, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-focused environment Customer-focused, driven, and motivated to help families achieve homeownership while growing production and income Responsibilities Convert qualified mortgage leads into funded loans through consistent follow-up Guide borrowers through the mortgage application and loan process Structure FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loan programs based on borrower needs Review financial documentation and ensure complete, accurate loan applications Run AUS, review underwriting findings, and follow lending and compliance requirements Prepare pre-approvals and pre-qualifications, lock rates, and price loans according to company guidelines Manage the loan pipeline, meet closing deadlines, and achieve production goals Maintain clear communication with borrowers, real estate agents, processors, underwriters, title companies, and insurance partners Build relationships with realtors, builders, referral partners, and local communities to generate new and repeat business Stay current on mortgage regulations, lending guidelines, market trends, and local real estate conditions Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual loan production goals #J-18808-Ljbffr
