Position Responsibilities Ability to apply knowledge of instructional skills (e.g. preparation, delivery, summary, assess student progress, remediation, motivation, engagement, etc.) Using a variety of media, clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the content. Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods Identifies potential issues that impact performance and recommends development of improvement recommendations Able to assess requirements and schedule courses and instructors Analyze, validate, optimize and coordinate training requests for new hire, recall, and transfer employees. This position is expected to be 100% onsite, a variable shift between 1st and 2nd. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Experience with giving presentations and public speaking 1+ years of experience using reporting tools 3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Experience with designing, developing, and/or delivering course content and instructional materials Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Experience teaching a technical subject matter in an adult learning environment Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) process knowledge Strong experience with Electrical systems (re: fabrication, installations, testing, troubleshooting) Strong experience with Boeing Production System (BPS) and Quality Management System (QMS) Experience with operating/navigating: Wireshop Homepage, Client specifications (D6-36911), Standard Work Instructor (SWI), Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), Redars Experience working in a fast-paced environment Experience using My Learning or other Learning Management Systems Experience organizing, prioritizing and paying attention to detail while ensuring accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr ALTEN
