ACL Digital is hiring an Aerospace Development Specialist (Maintenance Trainer) for a contract with direct client in Everett WA and Renton WA Job Title - Employee Development Specialist Location - Everett WA and Renton WA Duration - 12 months (possibility of extension) We are looking for an experienced Aerospace professional with a strong background in aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience as a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician and prior experience in training and mentoring employees. Key Responsibilities Deliver training on aircraft maintenance, systems, and troubleshooting Train and mentor new hires and junior technicians Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions Assess trainee performance and improve learning outcomes Ensure all training follows safety and regulatory standards Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Aerospace / Aircraft Maintenance Strong troubleshooting experience in aircraft systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, or Avionics) Prior experience in training employees / conducting training sessions is mandatory Good communication and presentation skills Preferred Experience as a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician Knowledge of aerospace safety and compliance standards #J-18808-Ljbffr ACL Digital
