Location: Everett, WA

Duration: 12 months (with the possibility of extension)

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in electrical assembly who has a passion for training the next generation of skilled workers. This position supports our internal Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) curriculum which provides wire harnesses, family group assemblies, power panels, and electrical shelf assemblies.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives

• Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives

• Conduct coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance

• Perform as an instructor in a specialized content area from one or more of the following areas of Aerospace Skills expertise: Electrical, Structural, Quality, Systems, etc.

• Understand regulations and standards, ensure delivery of courseware complies with commercial, government, xhyhwjd regulatory and organizational standards and specifications

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support

• Experience in coaching, instructing or as an employee development specialist

• Experience designing and employing curriculum

• Experience working with detailed work instructions or reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings
