In-Home Sales Representative — Residential Real Estate | Morristown, NJ$100,000-$200,000 | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Pre-Set Appointments 

We book the appointment. You drive to the property, sit down with the homeowner, and sign the contract at the kitchen table. 

Rise Home Buyers buys residential real estate directly from owners across North Jersey - foreclosures, inherited properties, estate situations, and off-market deals. Our marketing and follow-up team generates and pre-screens every lead and puts the appointment on your calendar. Your job starts when you pull into the driveway. 

This is appointment-based, outside sales. Territory is Morris, Essex, Union counties and surrounding areas. Reliable transportation is required.

What You'll Do

- Hold pre-set in-home seller appointments across Morris, Essex, Union counties and surrounding areas. 
- Prepare for every visit: know the property, the comps we provide, the neighborhood, and the seller's situation before you ring the doorbell
- Verify property condition on site and photograph and document what you find
- Present our full range of options honestly and recommend the one that actually serves the seller best.
- Negotiate or follow-up until close.

Qualifications 

- 2+ years in outside sales. 
- Comfortable presenting price and holding your number face to face
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, clean driving record
- Based in or near Morris County, or willing to commute there daily.

No real estate license required to start. An active NJ salesperson license is a plus and compensated as such; without one, listing conversations hand off to a licensed agent on our team.
