Billing Clerk (QuickBooks Required) $24–$27/hr DOE | Garden City, NY | Monday–Friday | Temp-to-Hire | Onsite A well?established company in Garden City, NY is seeking an experienced Billing Clerk to join their team. This is a full?time, in?office, temp?to?hire opportunity for someone with strong billing experience and solid QuickBooks skills. Responsibilities Enter and process billing and invoice information accurately in QuickBooks Review billing documents for accuracy and completeness Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including posting payments and reconciling discrepancies Maintain organized billing records and documentation Communicate with internal departments to resolve billing issues Provide general administrative and office support as needed Ensure timely and accurate billing cycles Support the finance team with additional tasks as assigned Requirements 2–3 years of billing or accounting support experience QuickBooks experience required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast?paced office environment Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $24.00 - $27.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr PrideStaff
