Director, Global Commercial Operations, Revenue Capture

The Director of Commercial Sales Operations Revenue Capture will lead a global team of managers and analysts responsible for optimizing revenue capture, price contract management, and order release to ensure timely invoicing. This role is pivotal in supporting the Sales organization with data-driven tools to guide pricing and contracting decisions, while driving end-to-end contract compliance and margin capture. The Director will partner closely with corporate accounts, product divisions, and cross-functional teams to deliver proactive planning, insightful analytics, and operational excellence. SUPERVISION RECEIVED Global Head of Commercial Operations SUPERVISION EXERCISED Leads a team of managers and analysts in Commercial Operations in the Revenue Capture - Price Contracts and Order Release team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Revenue Capture & Order Management- Oversee processes to clear orders efficiently, removing price and credit holds to ensure timely invoicing.
- Drive KPI development and monitoring to support billing practices in consignment order management.
- Lead initiatives to collect consignment order purchase orders and optimize consignment workflows.
- Manage the end-to-end price process, ensuring contract compliance and margin capture execution.
- Support Sales teams with contextual, insightful analytics to inform pricing and contracting decisions.
- Partner with corporate accounts to proactively plan GPO and IDN contract renewals.
- Lead teams through the pricing approval process and provide transparent reporting.
- Deliver advanced analytics that empower global product divisions to make informed commercial decisions.
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards to support strategic planning.
- Integrate external advanced data sources (e.g., ECRI) to enhance market intelligence.
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive business process optimization, workflow mapping, and operational rigor across functions.
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to align commercial operations.
- Strategic Leadership - Ability to set vision, inspire teams, and drive alignment across global commercial operations.
- Commercial Acumen - Deep understanding of revenue capture, margin optimization, and contract compliance in a regulated industry.

- Process Optimization - Proven track record in workflow mapping, continuous improvement, and driving operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Strong ability to partner with Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to achieve shared goals.
- Decision Support - Expertise in building tools and frameworks that enable data-driven pricing and contracting decisions.

- KPI & Performance Management - Ability to define, track, and act on key performance indicators that support billing, consignment order management, and revenue capture
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial sales operations.
- Proven leadership experience in commercial sales operations within a global medical device or healthcare company.
- Strong commercial mindset with a high degree of compliance and operational rigor.
- Demonstrated ability to drive KPI development, billing practices, and consignment order management.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)..
- Experience with Power BI, Oracle, Model N, and Consignment Order Management SW (preferably MoveMedical).
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and external advanced data sources (ie. ECRI).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and analytics platforms.
