We are looking for a mature, consistently reliable, customer service focused receptionist. This position will also complete administrative duties as assigned such as filing, data entry, etc.RESPONSIBILITIES:Greets all guests in a warm, sincere, and helpful mannerAnswers incoming telephone calls and greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner.Is an outstanding listener and information source.Helps customers and visitors by interacting with them in a professional, courteous manner and contacting the correct personnel with exceptional customer service.Communicates with the sales team to direct the flow of customersHelp the Accounting department with clerical dutiesProvides administrative assistance as neededThe ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in a position of similar responsibility (front desk, administrative assistant, high volume reception, etc.).
