Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

A New Jersey health services organization is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Emergency Department team in Bergen County.

About the Opportunity:

Shift: Days (Part-time), Evening, or Nights
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Hours: 7am to 3pm (Part-time) or 3:30pm to 3am or 7pm to 7am
Setting: Emergency Department

Responsibilities:

Providing high-acuity care in a suburban hospital setting
Handling a high volume of behavioral health patients
Ensuring patient flow in the EMPATH unit
Collaborating with interdisciplinary support teams
Treating pediatric patients
Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

2 years of recent Emergency Department experience
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
NJS Registered Nurse (RN) license
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification
IV Therapy certification
Solid assessment and documentation skills

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
ENA Certification
Advanced skills in Triage
