Event Marketing SpecialistWe're seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Contract Event Marketing Specialist to support the planning and delivery of third-party industry events. This role will partner closely with the Event Marketing Manager to execute event logistics, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure flawless onsite event operations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing details, and takes pride in keeping complex projects on track. While the Event Marketing Manager owns overall event strategy, this role is responsible for bringing those strategies to life through exceptional execution.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Execution & LogisticsSupport the end-to-end execution of 10-15 third-party industry events annuallyManage project timelines, workback schedules, and deliverable trackingCoordinate venue logistics, shipping, vendor communications, and onsite operationsManage registration, attendee communications, and event documentationCoordinate hotel rooming lists, staffing logistics, and travel supportCross-Functional Project ManagementPartner with key stakeholders to ensure all event deliverables are completed on scheduleEnsure assets, signage, giveaways, demos, and collateral are produced and delivered on timeOperational ExcellenceMaintain project documentation and standard operating proceduresTrack event KPIs and support post-event reportingSupport onsite event execution, including occasional travelQualifications3+ years of experience in event marketing, event planning, or project managementProven experience independently executing logistics for conferences, trade shows, or corporate events, including managing vendors, shipping, registration, and onsite operationsStrong project management discipline: building and maintaining workback schedules, tracking deliverables, and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned to deadlinesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple events at once in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high bar for detail and qualityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of partnering effectively with marketing, sales, executives, and external vendorsA proactive, problem-solving mindset that anticipates risks early and drives clear action plans rather than reacting at the last minuteComfort using CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, or similar) to manage tasks, track status, and support post-event reportingDuration: 7 months (Possible extension) Location: Remote Compensation: $35.46/Hour
