What You Get To Do: Provide a detail-oriented, focused, productive and team-oriented perspective. Be ready to join the Shipping and Receiving team as a full-time Distribution Center Assistant to support a variety of warehousing services and activities. You will be primarily responsible for picking and packing according to our established procedures and metrics. We are looking to hire a Full-Time Distribution Center Assistant I. The core hours for this position will be Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00 PM. The pay is $20.50/hour. Challenge Yourself – The Specifics: Picking and packing of sales orders Assists in unloading containers and sorting inbound shipments Order processing and shipping Completes lite manufacturing / work orders as assigned Assists with inventory control Performs daily Cycle Count Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures, utilizing all required safety equipment Maintains work area in a secure, clean, neat, and orderly condition which may include sweeping, and dusting Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications

You Have a Unique Combination of Skills, Talents and Mindset, Including Many of the Following: GED or equivalent combination of experience and training Exposure or experience in a distribution center or warehousing experience Previous experience with MS Office (Word, Excel), FedEx, UPS and USPS systems are helpful Knowledge or interest in learning warehouse practices and procedures, inventory control, common carrier and shipping procedures and documentation, standard safety practices, record keeping and filing Knowledge of or interest in lighting technology or industry Ability to organize, stock and issue supplies and equipment Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and writing) Must have excellent attention to detail for accuracy, be driven, goal-oriented, and work well with limited supervision Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, kneel and reach to perform work for extended periods of time Additional Information
