Desired Hire Date: Summer 2026 School Opening Date / First day of teaching: Spring 2027 This role is in person and year-round. What You'll Do Build and lead your campus team with vision, innovation, and a culture of heart and collaboration. Inspire and develop staff through clear expectations, coaching, and professional growth. Drive enrollment through community connections, partnerships, and events. Ensure operational and fiscal health, balancing high-quality programming with smart management. Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to create a dynamic and supportive school culture. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or higher preferred. 3–5 years of successful school leadership experience. Experience managing a budget, financial reporting, and tracking specific metric performance. Proven ability to build culture and lead diverse teams. Experience with enrollment growth, admissions, or business development. Passion for alternative education and supporting diverse learners. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. Florida residents require level 2 background screening through Why Fusion?
