Compensation Annual base salary: $41,600 Expected annual commission and bonus range: $24,000 – $48,000 (paid monthly as earned) Total annual compensation range: $65,600 – $89,600 Responsibilities Outbound marketing through phone calls and community involvement Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads Qualifications Experience in insurance sales Leadership and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting sales targets Willingness to engage in sales conversations and follow a proven process Active P&C and L&H license This position is subject to background and driving record check. #J-18808-Ljbffr Philip Watson - State Farm Agent
