Hourly Pay + Bonus - $18/Hr starting pay with an uncapped bonus opportunity Office hours Mon-Fri (8:30am - 5:30pm) - 1 hour lunch on or off campus lunch Work Life Balance, we get it life happens World class training platform for education and career development. Maintain an active Personal lines or P & C license. Advise prospects on their everyday risk and how we can protect them. Protection mindset. Bring 20-30 new clients into the agency per month. Represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. A typical day in the life includes:

Morning Meetings to get everyone on the same page as a team. Receiving regular training and coaching to sharpen your sales and service skills Completing inbound and outbound calls for sales and service cliental. Periodic in person office engagement for sales and service. Attending occasional community events. Events are scheduled rotational by producer. Classic car shows are our favorite! Walking into an open door policy that allows you to meet with the manager/owner as needed to discuss anything that is on your mind.
