Epic Radiant Analyst
Educology Solutions
We are looking for a consultant for the Radiant team that is approved through the end of the year to help with our ticket backlog. The consultant must be Epic Radiant Certified and have 5+ years of build experience. The role aligns with a Senior Analyst level resource and requires strong Epic Radiant build expertise
RESPONSIBILITIES
Approximately 70% ticket backlog resolution and support activities Approximately 30% Epic Radiant build, configuration, and enhancement work Partner with Radiant team members and stakeholders to prioritize and resolve outstanding requests Support ongoing operational needs within the Epic Radiant application Deliver timely ticket resolution and build updates through the engagementQUALIFICATIONS
Epic Radiant Certification 5+ years of Epic Radiant build experience Proven ability to work independently and manage ticketbased support work Strong communication and collaboration skills, including strong documentationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
