Assistant Manager

Country Fair is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily store operations in our fast-paced convenience retail environment. You’ll support the Store Manager with staff scheduling, training, and supervision, ensuring friendly, efficient customer service and a clean, safe store. Responsibilities include overseeing cash handling, fuel and foodservice operations, inventory, and merchandising. You’ll model our customer-focused, community-oriented culture while solving problems on the floor. This role offers strong hands-on leadership experience, advancement potential, and the chance to grow with a trusted regional retailer.
