Cross-disciplinary Controls Lead Analyst Location: Tampa, Florida, United States Job Type: Hybrid Posted: Jun. 29, 2026 Job Overview Citibank, N.A. seeks a Cross-disciplinary Controls Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location. Responsibilities Duties include supporting the assessment of the effectiveness of existing controls, identifying areas for improvement, implementing necessary changes, and creating controls enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risk. The analyst assists in the execution of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and adheres to Risk Management and Compliance Policies. Additional responsibilities involve supporting the MCA program, assessing activities versus required policies and standards, collaborating with stakeholders to develop corrective action plans for identified control gaps, participating in issue quality reviews, supporting standardized risk and control reporting, and taking part in Citi’s governance committees, including coordinating meetings, managing agendas, and ensuring follow‑up on action items. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Six (6) years of experience in operational risk management, regulatory reporting, and internal control frameworks such as COSO-SOX and Basel Standards. Proficiency in enterprise risk platforms and regulatory reporting applications. Experience using analytical frameworks to measure process effectiveness and generate data-driven recommendations. Experience with workflow tools, reporting dashboards, scorecards, and key risk indicators. Knowledge of data governance, accounting principles, regulatory frameworks, and risk-based assessments. Ability to support risk events, issue management, control testing, data capture, reconciliation, and reporting. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Compensation Wage Range: $127,962.00 to $152,500.00 per year.
