Responsibilities Proactively supports the delivery and implementation of HR processes in collaboration with the Management and HR teams Supports the internal talent acquisition process Conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-path program and employee relations counseling; conducts exit interviews Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed Qualifications Bachelor's degree Five years of HR business partner and/or HR generalist experience Previous Labor Relations experience Strong verbal and written communication skills, Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required. Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including talent and performance management; organizational design and change management; total rewards; employee relations and diversity, equity and inclusion Preferred Certification such as PHR or SPHR Prior Experience with Labor Relations Ability to influence at all levels of the Company Previous experience in a sales and distribution company EEO Statement Breakthru Beverage Group is an equal opportunity employer.
