Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers, assessing insurance needs, explaining policy options, and providing clear, compliant information about coverage and pricing. The agent will complete applications, process policy changes as needed, and ensure all interactions adhere to regulatory requirements and company guidelines. This role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on leads, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize call quality and conversion rates. The Licensed Insurance Agent is expected to deliver professional, courteous service on every call and contribute to a positive, results-driven team environment. Qualifications Valid insurance license (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or relevant lines) in applicable states and strong knowledge of insurance products and regulations. Demonstrated experience in inbound sales or call-center environments, including handling high volumes of calls and converting leads into customers. Solid communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with diverse customers. Proficiency with computers and CRM or call management systems, including accurate data entry and documentation of customer interactions. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently, meet performance targets, and adapt to changing call volumes. Customer service mindset with a commitment to ethical, compliant sales practices and problem-solving for customer needs. Previous insurance agency, brokerage, or financial services experience is preferred; remote work experience is a plus.
