Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Southern Illinois Healthcare.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: - Primarily surgical department with some medical overlap due to bed availability to meet patient needs.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend.

Special Requests: - Manager is willing to discuss holiday requests.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
