Job Description As a Security Officer Guest Arrival Specialist in West Hollywood, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.93 / Hour Job Schedule Day Time Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Thu 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Monitor front desk activities, greet arriving guests, verify visitor information, issue access credentials as directed, and help to support authorized access to the property. Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency services when appropriate. Observe lobby and entrance activity from a stationary post, document unusual or suspicious behavior, and complete reports related to security-related concerns and daily operations. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. A guard card/license is preferred. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
