Store Manager

Role Overview Responsible for managing store employees, overseeing all store operations including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and customer service. Ensures proper training, performance evaluations, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. Evaluates sales and expense reports to identify business trends and opportunities. Maintains accurate inventory levels, merchandise presentation, and store cleanliness. Upholds financial integrity through cash handling and security procedures. Fosters a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment. Completes all required documentation and ensures staff adherence to policies. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret operational documents, perform mathematical calculations, and manage cash and inventory. Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Knowledge of merchandising, safety, and security practices. Preferred high school diploma or equivalent, with retail management experience advantageous. Bilingual skills may be preferred depending on location. Key Duties Recruiting, hiring, and training staff. Managing store opening/closing, sales, and inventory processes. Implementing safety and security protocols. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining store standards. Solving operational issues and ensuring policy compliance.
