Deploy operating systems, software applications, antivirus tools, and updates. Perform imaging, provisioning, and decommissioning of devices.Key ResponsibilitiesHardware and Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Deploy operating systems, software applications, antivirus tools, and updates. Perform imaging, provisioning, and decommissioning of devices.Collaboration and Documentation: Work with IT teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues, maintain accurate ticketing records, and document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.Cisco Phone SetupConfigure and deploy Cisco IP desk phones.Add and update user extensions in the phone system.Test voice lines and fix call quality issues.Patch network cables and check port settings.Shipping TasksPack broken or extra hardware safely.Create labels and process packages using UPS.Track outgoing and incoming shipments.Keep a log of all shipped inventory.Required SkillsExperience with Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune.Knowledge of networking protocols, security systems, and desktop support software.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to interact effectively with end-users and IT teams.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
