Operations Analyst – Halo Home Watch Location: 12250 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, FL 34113 Country & Language: United States, English Relocation: No relocation assistance Job Type: Full‑time Pay Range: $37,440.00 – $47,840.00 Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Overview You will be responsible for daily operational tasks, including handling inbound/outbound calls, scheduling vendor appointments, managing projects, and supporting the management team to maximize efficiency for Halo Home Watch and Halo Home Management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and text messages from stakeholders. Input, track and act on client and guest requests in technology platforms in a timely manner. Maintain client information across platforms. Schedule and coordinate vendor appointments and manage projects. Record daily billing activities to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in creating the weekly schedule and new customer onboarding process. Support development of policies, procedures, training programs, and work tools. Track inventory and supply orders. Establish credible professional relationships with clients, vendors, and staff. Execute other ad‑hoc projects as required. Required Skills and Abilities Detail oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills. Highly motivated team player open to new challenges and receptive to feedback. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills. Excellent time management and multitasking to meet deadlines. Proficient with MS Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Preferred (not required) 2+ years of experience in operations management. Experience with Jobber.
