Operations AssociateLocation: Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior LivingJoin our team as the Operations Associate (OA) position is a minimum one-year individualized program of functional and leadership training, including structured learning, special projects, multi-level feedback, and professional assessment. The OA Program will include temporary placements within multiple Erickson corporate and community departments. This individual will be responsible for meeting learning objectives, obtaining leadership experiences, completing assignments, and bringing business value to each business-line rotation. Assignments are subject to change based on the emerging needs of the business. Education will be considered in lieu of experience.For Continuing Care rotation, must complete regulatory online Health Stream courses and attend the orientation for understanding the Person-Centered Approach to care.Experience with seniors, health care, and/or service delivery.Breadth of leadership activities while in school with a record of individual and team successes.Willingness to be flexible with assignments.Willing to travel.Willingness to relocate.Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
