IT Support Analyst I

Site It Support Associate IClient is seeking a Site IT Support Associate I to provide onsite technical support to employees for hardware, software, PC, LAN, and voice network-related issues. This role supports day-to-day ticket resolution, end-user troubleshooting, fleet management, and coordination with internal IT teams and vendors.Core ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite technical support to employee end users.Respond to telephone calls, emails, and in-person requests for technical support.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, PC, LAN, and voice network issues.Identify, research, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems.Coordinate with internal IT support teams, operations groups, and vendors to resolve issues.Acquire, install, and upgrade PC components and software.Support service outage response and other technical issues as needed.Perform proactive monitoring of computer systems using appropriate tools.Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.Support day-to-day ticket resolution and fleet management according to standard KPIs.Essential Qualifications, Skills, and TechnologiesEntry-level IT support experience or related technical support background.Experience supporting end users with hardware and software issues.PC hardware and software troubleshooting experience.Basic LAN and voice network troubleshooting experience.Ability to document, track, and monitor support issues.Ability to follow structured processes, policies, and procedures.Strong communication, listening, time management, and collaboration skills.Ability to work under close supervision and support assigned tasks.Preferred Skills or ExperienceExperience supporting onsite employees in a corporate or site-based IT environment.Experience with ticket resolution, fleet management, or IT asset support.Experience coordinating with vendors or internal IT support groups.Work DetailsOnsite role.Flexible schedule: 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start through 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
