Forensic Housing Support Specialist - Field & On-Call

Charles Evans Center, Inc. is seeking a Forensic Supportive Housing Specialist to help residents maintain housing stability and pursue personal goals. You will provide housing services, care coordination, and advocacy to individuals with behavioral health needs in Nassau County, with a schedule that includes traveling to residents’ homes and communities. You will work 5 days a week in Baldwin and Glen Cove, participate in an on-call rotation, and collaborate with treatment providers and #J-18808-Ljbffr Charles Evans Center, Inc.
