Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with self-administration of medications (oral, topical, etc.) Ensure medications are taken as prescribed and documented accurately Maintain proper medication storage, labeling, and inventory Observe and report any changes in resident condition Communicate effectively with nursing staff and leadership Provide respectful, patient-centered care at all times Qualifications: Certified Medication Technician / Med Aide (per state requirements) 4-hour Assistance with self-administered Medication certification Previous experience in assisted living or home care preferred Knowledge of medication assistance guidelines and safety practices Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor What We Offer: Stable daytime schedule (no nights!)
