Sales Support Associate - Digital Ad Operatio

Summary of Position:

The Sales Support Associate, Digital Ad Operations facilitates the launch, execution and ongoing management of digital display, email, digital marketing services and print advertising campaigns. This role partners closely with Sales, Production and outside vendors to ensure campaigns are carried out accurately, efficiently and on schedule.

Essential Duties & Functions:

• Serves as a liaison between sales, production and outside vendors, providing client support as needed to coordinate efficient and timely advertising campaign execution.
• Builds accurate digital media plans and supports the sales process from proposal through campaign execution.
• Reviews pricing, inventory availability and allocations to ensure campaigns are booked accurately while maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Traffics digital direct campaigns, including creative assets and tags, and supports the execution of print ad campaigns.
• Provides ongoing campaign support, including order revisions, schedule changes and client requests, ensuring campaigns remain accurate, meet deadlines and deliver against established KPIs.
• Monitors campaign performance and assists with identifying and implementing optimization opportunities.
• Assists with internal testing of digital assets across apps, mobile and desktop platforms.

Essential Job Knowledge & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in digital ad operations, campaign management or related field.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and pixel/tag implementation for campaign setup, attribution and troubleshooting.
• Experience with digital ad serving and order management systems; Google Ad Manager experience preferred.
• Understanding of digital advertising campaign management including strategies, tactics and execution.
• Ability to analyze web and campaign metrics, provide campaign effectiveness reporting and recommend optimizations.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify issues, evaluate options and recommend effective solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities.
• Must be able to comply with the Company’s minimum of three days per week in office requirement.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $ $28.85 - $30.49/hr, commensurate with experience.
