Position: Full Time Schedule: Monday through Friday Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM What You'll Do

• Provide assistance to members with fitness-related questions, including general fitness, group fitness, and personal training
• Support members with spotting, equipment use, and connecting them to appropriate departments or services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness spaces, including completing regular cleaning tasks
• Open and close fitness areas, ensuring proper setup of equipment, towels, and supplies
• Collaborate with team members to create a premier member experience
• Develop expertise across fitness areas, programs, and services
• Utilize problem-solving skills to improve department performance and operations
• Assist the Fitness & Performance Manager in evaluating equipment, spaces, and programming
• Act as a first responder during medical emergencies and support the Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed
• Complete daily operational tasks and contribute to a culture of accountability and teamwork
• Attend required trainings, in-services, and team meetings
• Share suggestions for process improvements and efficiencies
• Take accountability for incident reporting when applicable
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Minimum age of 16 years
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and sound decision-making ability
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and members
• Physical ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of customer service or fitness industry experience
