Position Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-team coordination and prioritization to translate critical product and business requirements into technical roadmaps and designs.
• Design, develop, and implement low-latency, highly scalable systems supporting thousands of concurrent advertisers and millions of customers.
• Coordinate development timelines across multiple large engineering organizations to meet strict deadlines.
• Orchestrate technical implementations while ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
• Interface with finance teams to manage and consolidate team budgets and resource requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product leaders to drive execution of ambitious roadmap initiatives.
• Serve as the team's representative across various organizational levels and spearhead multi-year planning activities.
• Build and maintain effective communication channels with diverse stakeholders and collaborators.

Position Requirements:

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience.
• Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): software development; practical coding and development skills; managing complex programs across diverse cross-functional teams; experience with process development and implementation; and coordinating and optimizing release schedules.
• Domestic travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
