The Brand Activation Specialist is a creative, strategic, and highly collaborative marketer who brings the brand to life through meaningful and engaging consumer experiences. This role supports the planning and execution of annual marketing activation strategies, ranging from major campaign moments to unexpected surprise-and-delight consumer touchpoints. Working across product launches, seasonal moments, platform priorities, and broader brand initiatives, this individual will help drive awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversion. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, brings a global mindset, and enjoys turning consumer insights into memorable brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the brand's surprise & delight program, identifying opportunities throughout the consumer journey to exceed expectations, encourage organic advocacy, and deepen brand affinity.
• Plan and execute annual activation strategies and campaigns supporting product launches, platform priorities, seasonal moments, and key brand initiatives.
• Develop integrated, multi-channel activation plans, including timelines, creative themes, promotional events, and giveaways.
• Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, E-commerce, and PR teams to execute activations on time and within budget.
• Manage activation budgets, vendor relationships, event logistics, and on-site execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, using insights and results to continuously improve activation strategies.
• Maintain strong product and brand knowledge to inform activation messaging and consumer experiences.
• Represent the brand at activations and events, including travel as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, and vendor/event coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing and/or project management tools.
• Ability to travel as needed to support activations and events.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience developing and executing integrated brand activation or experiential marketing campaigns.
• Experience supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotional events, or consumer-facing brand experiences.
• Experience using campaign performance data and KPIs to inform future marketing strategies.
• Global mindset and an understanding of how consumer experiences may translate across different markets or audiences.
• Passion for creating innovative, memorable, and best-in-class consumer and shopper experiences.
