Here's what we offer:Top Pay: Earn up to $37.00/hourPotential for OvertimePerformance Bonuses: Earn up to $12,000 annually in bonuses to be paid out once each month.Benefits Include:Medical, Dental, and Vision plans with a Health Care Reimbursement.401(k) match to invest in your future.Free life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and AD&D coverage.Paid holidays and PTO to recharge.On-the-job training to keep you sharp.Weekly payUniform and tool allowances so you're always equipped to succeed.Your RoleAs a Mobile Refrigeration Technician, you will:Diagnose and repair trailer refrigeration unitsPerform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical systemsConduct routine telematics repairs and inspectionsAccurately track and document repairs using our computer systemPerform not only inspections and repairs on reefer units, but also full trailer repair from a service truck using powered industrial equipmentWhat You Bring to the TeamA CDL is preferred but not required.Transport Refrigeration technician experience is requiredTrailer repair experience and ability to perform DOT inspections is required 608 Certification is requiredAbility to diagnose and repair units using alarm codesAbility to read and understand complex schematics and diagramsWelding experience with steel and aluminum is a plusA clean driving record and a passion for getting the job done right.About Fleet Repair SolutionsFleet Repair Solutions isn't just a repair shop – we're a family.
