Trainee Estimator Location: Seven Valleys, Pennsylvania (commutable from Seven Valley, Shrewsbury, Dallastown, New Freedom, Mechanicsburg, Columbia, Harrisburg, Lancaster, Chambersburg, Hanover). Compensation: $20 to $23 an hour + 10‑15% annual bonus + overtime (OTE: $46–$60 K) + PTO + holidays + flexible start times + benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and 401(k). The Role Produce quotations, cost estimates, and Bills of Materials using ERP systems and Excel. Interpret drawings, schematics, specifications, and customer requirements. Support Sales and Purchasing teams with costing and budgeting activities. The Candidate Experience using Excel. Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
