Senior Epic Application Certified Informaticist

Immediate Need for a perm full time hybrid Senior Epic Application Certified Informaticist. Location: New York, NY area. Salary: $125-145K max. Full Benefits. ***Candidates must reside in NY, NJ, or CT (Hybrid schedule) Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required 5+ years of Epic experience in healthcare IT/informatics required. FQHC or community health experience preferred. Epic certification required Must have a strong understanding of clinical workflows and/or revenue cycle workflows, strong preference on revenue cycle Ability to facilitate meetings, translate operational needs into workflows, and partner with end users Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills Experience supporting Epic implementations, optimization, and workflow improvements Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship. Responsibilities: Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend system-based solutions Serve as a liaison between end-users, Technology teams, and vendors to support application performance and enhancements Provide technical support for Epic and other clinical, operational, and administrative systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution Configure, maintain, and optimize applications to ensure alignment with clinical and operational workflows Monitor system performance, data integrity, and compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards
