We generate valuable outcomes for our clients and communities. Responsibilities Act as a local representative of IR Solutions in your country/region. Identify, approach, and meet potential clients (in-person or online). Promote IR Solutions’ services (web, mobile, AI, blockchain) in local markets. Build relationships with decision-makers and companies to generate qualified leads. Arrange meetings and facilitate direct connections between clients and our team. Negotiate terms and contribute to successful project closures. Collaborate with our internal team to align proposals with client requirements. Work independently to achieve agreed monthly/quarterly business targets. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in business development / IT sales / client acquisition. Strong knowledge of IT services: web development, mobile apps, SaaS, AI, blockchain. Excellent English communication skills (local language fluency is a plus). Established network of business contacts in your region. Ability to conduct in-person client meetings as required.
