Responsibilities include:

• Directing incoming phone calls to proper people/departments
• Greeting and receiving prospects and customers
• Directing customers to the correct department, notifying the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introducing the customer to a salesperson
• Working cooperatively with the sales team
• Communicating with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Typing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assisting in scheduling and confirming sales appointments

• Professional presentation
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
• Maintaining a professional appearance
