• Employed Position : Work within a stable, highly reputable, and well-supported health care organization.
• Favorable Schedule : 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Monday through Sunday, and 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) on Saturday and Sunday.
• Work-Life Balance : Call and shift schedules are specifically designed to prioritize physician well-being.
• Compensation : Highly competitive salary enhanced by productivity incentives. Potential earnings around $350,000 for 1.0 FTE.

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Licensure : Must be eligible for a Wisconsin medical license.
• Care Philosophy : A demonstrated commitment to high-quality, patient-centered women's healthcare.
• Experience : Both new graduates and experienced physicians are warmly encouraged to apply.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program required.
