What You'll Do

  • Manage outpatient orthopedic, sports medicine, pediatric, and neuro diagnoses
  • Assist patients with development and recovery post-surgical or traumatic injuries
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Document patient progress using EMR systems (Wellsky, Meditech Expanse)
  • Support patient education and discharge planning
  • Adhere to department policies, including PPE and scrub protocols

What You Need

  • Current Louisiana PT license
  • 1+ year experience in outpatient or relevant specialties
  • Ability to manage caseload independently
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Working knowledge of EMR systems (Wellsky, Meditech Expanse)
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
