Position Summary... What you'll do... Leads, trains, and mentors teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Drives operational performance, financial results, and continuous improvement while embedding Walmart values and culture throughout all store activities. Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $71,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges) Minimum Qualifications 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
