Southern Nevada Health District
The Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) is recruiting for a Community Health Nurse I/II Case Manager in the Public Health & Preventive Care Division. An eligibility list may be used for future vacancies in Home Visiting Programs for up to four months, with the current vacancy in the Tuberculosis clinic. Qualified candidates have a BSN, RN license, and at least two years of nursing experience including one year in community health. #J-18808-Ljbffr
