Service Advisor

Every weekend is a 3-day weekend. Get paid for what you sell. About the Role This is a sales role for someone who enjoys being busy, talking to people, and getting paid for performance. Your job is simple to describe and demanding to do well: turn customer concerns into approved repair orders, keep the schedule full, and take care of every customer. Your pay reflects that. You earn a stable hourly base plus commission, with strong performers earning $75,000 or more a year. The harder you work, the more you make. Simple as that. What You'll Do Sell. Present needed services and repairs to customers, explain the value, and close the deal in person and over the phone Make outbound calls. Proactively contact customers to fill the schedule, follow up on declined services, and book next visits. Phone reluctance is a dealbreaker in this role Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and document them accurately into technician work orders Walk customers through digital vehicle inspection (DVI) results and gain approval on recommended work Review completed repairs and warranties with customers at pickup Schedule follow-ups, promote our referral program, and send thank-you follow-ups Coordinate with technicians and management to keep workflow moving and quality high Support fleet accounts with maintenance scheduling and repair authorizations What We're Looking For Proven sales ability. You know how to build value, handle objections, and close Comfortable and confident on the phone with strong texting and email skills 4+ years of sales or service advisor experience required. We're hiring a proven closer, not training a rookie Self-motivated with strong initiative. You don't need someone standing over you to perform Detail-oriented, organized, and quick to learn shop software and technology High school diploma or equivalent How Success Is Measured We track real numbers, and you'll always know where you stand: Gross sales and gross profit percentage Average repair order and billed hours per RO Completed repair orders and DVI completion rates Leads and customer follow-up tracking This is a full-time, non-exempt position working four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday. Every weekend is a 3-day weekend. Fast-paced shop office environment. Prolonged periods of standing and sitting, frequent computer and phone work, occasional lifting up to 20 lbs, and the patience to handle the occasional upset customer professionally.
