We are seeking a Garden Center - General Labor & Customer Service Associate to join our team! * Assist with unloading deliveries, stocking benches and displays  with plants, organizing inventory, watering plants, and maintaining outdoor displays.

*. Greet customers, assist with product recommendations, assist with directing customers to plant locations in the garden center, help customers load and unload carts and vehicles and ensure a positive experience 

*. Assist with labeling/ pricing plants, keeping the garden center neat, clean, and visually appealing. Rotate stock as needed and remove damaged plants.

*  Assist with unloading  fruit and vegetable deliveries, stocking cooler's and fruit and vegetable displays. Keeping all areas of fruit and vegetable handling and displays clean and visually appealing. 

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, nursery and greenhouse is preferred but not necessary.  We are willing to train motivated candidates. 
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, be on your feet for long periods and able to work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
• A positive attitude and good work ethic, strong communication skills, and a genuine willingness to help customers.
• Basic knowledge of plants, gardening, and landscaping preferred but not required. 
• Weekend work is required. 
• Must have reliable transportation
