Administrative Nurse Manager page is loaded## Administrative Nurse Managerlocations: 29 Glover Johnson Pl.time type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR229298**City/State:**New Rochelle, New York**Grant Funded:**No**Department:**MNR Clinic Administration**Work Shift:**Day**Work Days:**DAYS VARY**Scheduled Hours:**Hours Vary**Scheduled Daily Hours:**7.5 HOURS**Pay Range:**$120,000.00-$150,000.00**Position Summary:**The Nurse Manager provides daily support and guidance to the nursing staff and is essential in order to continue in the redesign and adhere to our patient centered requirements.**Job Duties Include:*** Support a multi-specialty practice which includes internal medicine and specialty /subspecialty providers, including but not limited to Cardiology, Gastroenterology, OB/GYN and Urology.* Oversee all clinical and administrative functions performed by the nursing staff to assure clinical and fiscal objectives are met.* Ensure quality patient/family centered care are provided timely* Patient/customer satisfaction issues are resolved timely* Supervise, train and evaluate staff* Acts as liaison between Montefiore Medical Group and Montefiore New Rochelle administrative and clinical departments.* Development and implementation of policies and procedures according to evidence-based practice in accordance with regulatory standards and guidelines.**Education and Requirements:*** Master’s degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree required* Valid NYS Nursing License* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a clinical environment, along with progressive leadership experience.* BLS/Infection Control CertificationsMontefiore New Rochelle Hospital is an equal employment opportunity employer.
