What You’ll Be Doing As a Capacity Sales Associate , you’ll play a critical role in connecting available trucks with customer freight. You’ll build relationships with transportation partners, negotiate competitive rates, and help ensure shipments move efficiently and on time. This is a fast‑paced, entry‑level sales role designed for driven individuals who want to develop strong negotiation skills and build a career in logistics.
