- $3,000 Monthly Base Salary
- 40%-50% Commission on New Business Agency Commissions (Perosnal Lines, Life, Commerical)
(This is a W-2 training role under an existing Farmers Agency Owner. Advancement opportunities are based on performance and company approval.)
