Oversee budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and profitability targets. Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop warehouse and front‑end teams. Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure proper product rotation, and execute merchandising standards. Implement and monitor security, cash control, and shrink‑reduction procedures. Ensure a customer‑focused culture across all warehouse operations. Maintain OSHA compliance, enforce safety protocols, and ensure a clean, organized facility. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. 5+ years of management experience in food service, grocery distribution, supermarket, club warehouse, big‑box, or mass‑merchandising environments. Strong background in P&L, inventory control, merchandising, hiring/training, cash control, payroll, and loss prevention. Proven ability to lead high‑volume warehouse operations.
