salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP systems to ensure precise billing, seamless order processing, complete inventory visibility, and dependable operational reporting.

• Generate accurate customer orders from incoming service requests, collaborating closely with internal teams to consistently hit operational and customer targets.

• Prepare clear weekly invoices and deliver prompt, accurate financial support to hospital finance departments resolving inquiries.

• Produce comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to guide billing reviews, elevate customer service, and empower management decision-making.

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot scanner hardware and software used daily by drivers and logistics teams.
